6th & Denny Apartments 6th and Denny Seattle, WA 6th & Denny apartments and Hyatt Place Seattle are currently under construction. The design includes two buildings, each with separate entries and hallways, and shared parking. The 6th & Denny apartments will consist of seven stories and the neighboring hotel (Hyatt Place Seattle) will be eight stories. Both buildings have been designed by Johnson Braund Design Group of Seattle. The general contactor is Graham Construction.
