Mark Gibbs Project Manager

MARK GIBBS, Project Manager, came to Kauri directly from the University of Washington in the spring of 2000. Mark majored in Urban Planning at the U of W with a concentration on real estate development. Since joining Kauri, Mark has gained extensive experience in project construction and renovation, serving first as project intern, then as Assistant Project Manager for two years running.

Promoted to Project Manager in 2003, Mark assumed the lead on all projects with focus on environmental studies, design process, permitting and construction management. In addition he collaborates with the accounting department to manage and monitor the financial aspects of each project.

Mark's skill in building solid relationships with sub-contractors and vendors, his ability to establish rapport with homeowners, his attention to detail and his refined organizational skills contribute significantly to producing a smooth ride and clean finish to all Kauri projects.
