THOMAS GREENBACK, Controller, heads up the Financial Services Department at Kauri. Tom is in his tenth year with the company in the position of controller overseeing and monitoring the financial integrity of all Kauri endeavors.
Tom has accumulated nineteen years of accounting experience; ten years in the insurance industry followed by ten+ years in real estate. His expertise is reflected in the wide range of responsibilities he commands at Kauri primary of which are his astute cash management skills. Additionally, Tom plays an integral part in developing policies and procedures for the company, producing both internal and external financial and managerial reports and is point person for all technological equipment and advancement.
In addition to the Kauri owned and managed properties, Tom and his staff provide accounting services for owner/managers of commercial properties outside the Kauri portfolio.
As controller Tom's influence is felt in every aspect of company operations. His expertise, dedication and down to earth manner blend well with the Kauri goals of good work and good service.
